About this Program
The Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation administers the Komen Southeast Wisconsin Breast Fund supported by Kohl's Cares. The Fund provides the following breast health services; clinical breast exam, mammogram, diagnostic mammogram, ductogram, galactogram, ultrasound, biopsy, and MRI. The Fund also assists individuals diagnosed with breast cancer with; co-payment/deductibles/coinsurance, medication, health insurance premiums, transportation, childcare during treatment, wigs, scarves, bras, prosthesis, and lymphedema supplies. Funds go directly to providers. Individuals cannot be reimbursed. Individuals applying have to reside in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, & Waukesha counties with an income of less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Level.
